Jonaki has a system of values, where nature brings about serenity and calm. They protect the ecosystem and add to the greenery of Bangladesh. Clean water, forests and clean lakes will stop possible extinction of Jonaki from our nature.
CLIMATE CHANGE
Changes in climate can affect food production, water availability wildlife and human health and reduction of carbon emission / food print.
Climate change is a global challenge that has no borders and to combat it requires co-ordinated work by all countries. Global warming causes climate changes as the planets temperature rises more than it would naturally.
Increasing global temperature mean that ecosystems will change, some species will be forced out of their habitats possibly to extinction because of changing conditions.
WELLNESS
The core principle of environmental welness is respect – respect for all nature and all species living in it. When we become environmentally aware, we will be able to realize how our daily habitas effect our home life as well as our work life.
Yoga and meditation gives opportunity to improve physical and mental health. Spiritual and environmental wellness is important for healthy living.

ABOUT NASREEN ZAMIR
An Interior Designer, entrepreneur and artist felt the need to introduce fragrance in Bangladesh. Fragrance evokes energy and youthfulness and brings an aura of style and glamour in our lives.
Fragrance and Beauty is a challenge and Nasreen believes both these products will find its niche market in Bangladesh.

The vision of Jonaki Foundation is to bring a sustainable solutions and create harmony between nature and the ecological system.
Proceeds from Jonaki will be used to protect the ecosystem in Bangladesh and add to the greenery of Bangladesh.
The Jonaki Firefly gives light to the health of our ecosystem and through this symbol we wish to ensure our Beautiful Bangladesh remain Forever Green.

Jonaki
To bring sustainable solutions to the natural beauty of Bangladesh and preserve Jonaki the firefly and insects from possible extinction from environmental pollution. The existence of fireflies is a good environmental indicator to improve the health of the ecosystem, clean water free from toxic chemicals. To build awarness of environmental sustainability and the important role insects play in our ecosystems.
